Hi, I am Sam (Sameera) Mogal — founder of WE Ventures LLC, serial entrepreneur, mama of two, and your go-to coach for building a business that actually feels good.
I have walked the path of high achievement and hard lessons. From launching multiple ventures to leading a company with over 100 employees, I have experienced rapid growth — but also burnout, intense pressure, and times where I lost myself in the process.
As a South Asian woman, wife, and mother, I understand the weight of balancing ambition, expectations, and identity. And I know I am not alone.
